To use portable actuators in full safety, the reducer™s groups must be fitted with an anti-rotation flange, where the safety pin along with the locking split pin have to be inserted too. The standard flanges are built to cope with the most common reducers, but it is also possible to study, upon request, even very complex solutions to make sure that the operators acts within the limits of the strictest safety criteria. Based on the installation, the flanges can be built in iron, stainless steel or aluminium.
